How to evaluate Girard AI and get access while the product app is in private beta
Girard AI is an evidence-backed AI operating memory platform for business teams. As of the current marketing site release, self-serve signup and the product dashboard are not available on girardai.com. Access is sales-led while the product runtime is rebuilt for private beta.
This guide explains how to evaluate the platform and get started for real.
Step 1: Understand the product thesis
Girard connects agents, workflows, approvals, content, and analytics so AI work keeps:

- Treat API reference and in-app screenshots as product design / target behavior, not live self-serve APIs on this host
Step 3: Book access
- Open Contact Sales
- Share company, use case, and timeline
- Our team responds with a demo, pilot scope, or waitlist confirmation

Step 4: What happens after you get access
When your workspace is provisioned (private beta / pilot):
- Organization setup — brand, team members, roles
- First agent or workflow — one governed path (e.g. support, sales, or ops)
- Evidence review — memory used, sources, cost, approvals
- Rollout plan — expand only after the first path is proven
Exact UI labels and menus may change as the product app ships on its dedicated host.
